Construction is underway surrounding our clinic. Please note the following temporary changes:
Parking: Please park in the back custodial lot located near Lake Street, pictured in the red square on the right.
Building Access: Enter the building through the black gate at the rear of the property. The gate will be unlocked and accessible for patients.
Handicap Accessibility: During this time, we will ensure handicap accessibility following this new entry route.
Welcome to Wildcat Clinic! We are a full-service community health center housed within Lincoln Elementary School. In addition to being available to students and facility, we are open to the general public. We do not accept walk ins at this facility; you must phone in advance for an appointment. Using a Patient Centered Medical Home model of care, we strive to provide quality healthcare and excellent customer service. Same Day and Next Day Appointments are Available – Open to the Public. You Do Not Need to be an Established Patient to Use this Service.

After Hours
Established patients at Alcona Health Center have access to a member of our After-Hours Care Team whenever the office is closed. This includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
