AHC Recovery Services

Our Vision

The vision of AHC Recovery Services is to instill hope and reduce the impact of substance use on individuals, families, and communities by providing comprehensive substance use disorder treatment and integrative health.

Who We Serve

Alcona Health Center Recovery Services welcomes all patients who are established with one of our Primary Care Providers. (AHC Primary Care Providers are always taking new patients.) We accept commercial insurances, Medicare and Medicaid plans, and also offer an income-based sliding fee program.

What is Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)?

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) is an evidence-based practice that combines pharmacological interventions with substance use disorder counseling and other specialized services that enhance one’s recovery process. Although not for everyone, it is an essential part of the comprehensive array of services available to people struggling with addiction to alcohol or other drugs.
