Welcome to Tiger Health Extension, brought to you through a unique partnership with Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, Alcona Schools and Alcona Health Center! We are a full-service school-based community health center serving the medical and behavioral health needs of youth aged 5 to 21 years old using a Patient Centered Medical Home model of care. We strive to provide quality healthcare and excellent customer service. Andrew Eby

Andrea Eby, FNP-BC

Family Medicine

Andrea Eby, FNP-BC is a Nurse Practitioner at the Tiger Clinic. Andrea is also the School-Based Medical Director for Alcona Health Center. She provides medical guidance, leadership, oversight and quality assurance for our school-based health center locations. She graduated as a Registered Nurse from University of Toledo in 1999 before furthering her education online through the University of Phoenix, ultimately obtaining a Master's of Science in Nursing. She completed her post-graduate Family Nurse Practitioner certification from Saginaw Valley State University in 2012.

Elizabeth Brege, MA, LLPC

Behavioral Health

Elizabeth Brege, MA, LLPC is a Behavioral Health Therapist. She studied at Spring Arbor University earning a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Ferris State University, earning a BS in Integrative studies.

Kathryn Fouchey, MA, LPC

Behavioral Health - 31N Program

Kathryn Fouchey, MA, LPC is a Behavioral Health Therapist. She studied at Adler University and Western Michigan University, earning a Master's in Counseling with a specialization in Forensic Psychology. She will be assisting the young children at Alcona Elementary as a school-based 31N therapist in collaboration with Alpena Public Schools.
