About this Location
Welcome to Tiger Health Extension, brought to you through a unique partnership with Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, Alcona Schools and Alcona Health Center! We are a full service school based community health center serving the medical and behavioral health needs of youth aged 5 to 21 years old using a Patient Centered Medical Home model of care. We strive to provide quality healthcare and excellent customer service. Andrea Eby, FNP-BC
Andrea Eby, FNP-BC is a Nurse Practitioner at the Tiger Clinic. She graduated as a Registered Nurse from University of Toledo in 1999 before furthering her education online through the University of Phoenix, ultimately obtaining a Master's of Science in Nursing. She completed her post-graduate Family Nurse Practitioner certification from Saginaw Valley State University in 2012.
Kathryn Fouchey, MA, LPC
Kathryn Fouchey, MA, LPC is a Behavioral Health Therapist. She studied at Adler University and Western Michigan University, earning a Master's in Counseling with a specialization in Forensic Psychology.
Lisa Michelis, LLMSW
Lisa Michelis LLMSW is a Behavioral Health Therapist. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Madonna University before completing her Master of Social Work from Wayne State University where she pursued her interests in addiction studies and cognitive behavior. Ms. Michelis has been awarded the Student Reaching For Success award, social work scholarship twice, FR John Howard Memorial scholarship twice, and was inducted into the honor society and work honor society for her sorority at Wayne State University.
