With Health iPASS, you can experience a convenient, secure option to pay your bill – right at your fingertips! Watch for text messages with the option of paying your statement with the tap of the included link. (If you choose to not utilize this option, a paper statement will be mailed after no response to text attempts.)

Alcona Health Citizens has partnered with HealthMark Group to ensure the accurate and timely completion of medical record requests.
Requests may be submitted electronically to HealthMark’s Request Manager at https://requestmanager.healthmark-group.com. Once logged in, select “Submit Request” from the menu options and enter all required fields to provide an authorization directly to HealthMark. Your medical record request will be processed, and a notification will be sent via mail or email once complete and available for download.
*If you are requesting medical records from Petoskey Child Health Associates or the Community Health Center of Northern MI, be sure to include ‘Alcona Health Center’ before the name of the location.*

AHC Pharmacy Portal
Customers of Alcona Health Center Pharmacy can use the “Portal to Good Health” to:
- Request Refills Online
- View Your Drug Profile
- Check for Drug Interactions
- View and Print Detailed Drug Information
- Print a Tax Statement
New users must request a PIN number at either the Alpena or Lincoln location of Alcona Health Center Pharmacy. Clicking “AHC Pharmacy Portal Login” below will navigate you to the secure portal website.
