Dr. Manuel Chavarri specializes in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology and Metabolism. A 1971 graduate of Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia, Dr. Chavarri is also a Fellow of the American College of Endocinology.

Amy Kane, FNP

Amy Kane, FNP practices Family Medicine. She received her Master in Science Nursing - Geriatrics from the University of Michigan in 1993 before going on to post graduate school at Michigan State University (graduating in 1997). Amy Kane, FNP list her professional interests as primary care, and diabetes and wound care. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Vicki Konczak-Miltz, LPC CAADC

Vicki Konczak-Miltz, LPC CAADC, NCC, CCS-DP, is a Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse Therapist. She earned her Master's of Arts in Counseling from Spring Arbor University. Vicki has obtained CAADC- Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor and is part of our Medication Assisted Treatment Program at AHC. Her professional interests include substance use disorder and trauma. Recovery Services Team Member.
