Our team of professionals will work with you to establish and manage your health goals and assist you in achieving your best possible health! Alcona Health Center bases our masking requirements while on our campuses on current area COVID hospital admission rates and other high-risk factors. Hospital admission rates with “color” and screening questions will be posted at all patient entrances. A separate sign showing the current appropriate color/admission level will be displayed next to this one on all entrances for you to view prior to entering our buildings. Green = Low/No Mask Required. Yellow = Medium/No Mask Required. Orange = Mask Required. Yes, to Screening Questions (Do you have COVID symptoms? Have you had tested positive for COVID? Have you had close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID?) = Mask Required. If you wish to know the current status of masking requirements before coming to our location, please phone us. Otherwise, be prepared that you may have to wear a mask based on the current level as posted on the entrance door.

Family MedicineAmy Kane, FNP practices Family Medicine. She received her Master in Science Nursing - Geriatrics from the University of Michigan in 1993 before going on to post graduate school at Michigan State University (graduating in 1997). Amy Kane, FNP list her professional interests as primary care, and diabetes and wound care. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Vicki Konczak-Miltz, LPC CAADC
Behavioral HealthVicki Konczak-Miltz, LPC CAADC, NCC, CCS-DP, is a Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse Therapist. She earned her Master's of Arts in Counseling from Spring Arbor University. Vicki has obtained CAADC- Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor and is part of our Medication Assisted Treatment Program at AHC. Her professional interests include substance use disorder and trauma. Recovery Services Team Member.
