Andrea "Andi" Caron, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Caron received her Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Georgia Southwestern State University. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Recovery Services Team Member.

Luke Gray, PAC

Luke Gray, PAC is a Physician Assistant. Mr. Gray earned his Master's of Science from Central Michigan University. He practices family medicine but also has a special interest in Dermatology. His professional memberships include the Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Recovery Services Team Member.

Marissa Huffman, LLPC

Marissa Huffman, LLPC is a Behavioral Health Therapist. She earned her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology prior to finishing her Master's of Science in Counseling and Human Development from Radford University. Marissa Huffman, LLPC is a American Indian Graduate Center Fellowship recipient.

David Kazanowski, MD

David Kazanowski, MD practices family medicine. Dr. Kazanowski graduated from Ross University School of Medicine in 2018 and completed his residency at Wayne State University Family Medicine Program in 2022. Dr. Kazanowski has earned many accolades including: The Dr. Frederick Rosin Award of Excellence (Wayne State, 2022); The Standout Performer Award (Wayne State, 2022); Family Medicine PGY-2 Resident of the Year (Wayne State, 2021). Dr. Adrienne Westphal specializes in Psychiatry. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Central Michigan University prior to advancing to Michigan State University where she earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Westphal completed both a General Psychiatry Residency (Michigan State University) and a Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship (Michigan State University). She is currently a member of the American Psychiatric Association, and the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
