Our team of professionals will work with you to establish and manage your health goals and assist you in achieving your best possible health! We strive to provide quality healthcare and excellent customer service. Alcona Health Center bases our masking requirements while on our campuses on current area COVID hospital admission rates and other high-risk factors.  Hospital admission rates with “color” and screening questions will be posted at all patient entrances. A separate sign showing the current appropriate color/admission level will be displayed next to this one on all entrances for you to view prior to entering our buildings.  Green = Low/No Mask Required.  Yellow = Medium/No Mask Required.  Orange = Mask Required.  Yes to Screening Questions (Do you have COVID symptoms? Have you had tested positive for COVID? Have you had close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID?) = Mask Required. If you wish to know the current status of masking requirements before coming to our location please phone us.  Otherwise be prepared that you may have to wear a mask based on the current level as posted on the entrance door.

Rhianna Compton, LMSW is a Behavioral Health Therapist. Ms. Compton graduated in 2019 from Michigan State University with a Masters Degree in Social Work. Her professional area of interest is child and adolescent therapy. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.

James Counsellor, LPC

James Counsellor, LPC is a Behavioral Health Therapist. He received his Master's of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Antioch New England Graduate School. His professional specialty/special interests include Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, behavioral medicine, and health psychology. Mr. Counsellor is a Board Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a member of the EMDR International Association. Recovery Services Team Member.

Monica Dziesinski, PAC

Monica Dziesinski, PAC practices Family Medicine. She completed her Master's degree from Central Michigan University in 2013 and has always held a professional interest in pediatrics. In addition to being a Physician's Assistant, she also holds radiology and cat scan licenses RT(R)(CT).

Sarah Hainstock, FNP-C

Sarah Hainstock, FNP-C is a Nurse Practitioner. She studied at the University of Michigan (Flint), earning a Master's of Science in Nursing. Ms. Hainstock practices family medicine and has prior training and experience in the areas of lactation counseling, women's health, and newborn care. She is currently a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners. Recovery Services Team Member.

Amy Kane, FNP

Amy Kane, FNP practices Family Medicine. She received her Master in Science Nursing - Geriatrics from the University of Michigan in 1993 before going on to post graduate school at Michigan State University (graduating in 1997). Amy Kane, FNP list her professional interests as primary care, and diabetes and wound care. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Sean Kane, FNP-C

Sean Kane, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner practicing family medicine. Mr. Kane earned degrees from Davenport University and Ferris State University. He specializes in pulmonology and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC).

Vicki Konczak-Miltz, LPC CAADC, NCC, CCS-DP, is a Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse Therapist. She earned her Master's of Arts in Counseling from Spring Arbor University. Vicki has obtained CAADC- Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor and is part of our Medication Assisted Treatment Program at AHC. Her professional interests include substance use disorder and trauma. Recovery Services Team Member.

She earned a Bachelor's of Science in Health Science at Grand Valley State University before going on to achieve her Master's Degree at Central Michigan University in 2008. Adrienne Westphal, DO

Dr. Adrienne Westphal specializes in Psychiatry. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Central Michigan University prior to advancing to Michigan State University where she earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Westphal completed both a General Psychiatry Residency (Michigan State University) and a Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship (Michigan State University). She is currently a member of the American Psychiatric Association, and the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
