Alcona Health Center is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center that is making a real impact in the Northern MI communities we serve, offering medical, behavioral health, dental and pharmacy services.
We are looking for a highly motivated, resourceful, and talented individual to join our team as a Site Manager (A20-098) for our Lincoln, Harrisville & Tiger locations. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position with your home location in Lincoln.

General Summary:
Under the direction of the Regional Operations Manager, maintains all aspects of the health care delivery site, including quality, efficiency, and the supervision of staff to ensure the purpose, mission, and values of the health center are met.
Overview of Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages site staff and, where applicable, co-supervises medical support staff. Serves as a liaison between medical providers and the Chief Medical Officer.
- Manages clinical site.
Professional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Use of Electronic Health Records
- Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Required Certification and/or Licensures:
- Possesses a current CPR certification.
- Possesses a current State of Michigan driver’s license and valid automobile insurance.
