Nicole Burr-Fall is a Licensed Master Social Worker in Behavioral Health Therapy. She earned her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from NCMC. She then earned her Bachelors of Social Work from Spring Arbor University prior to finishing her Master of Social Work from Grand Valley State University in 2015. Nicole has experience working with adults and children with behavioral health needs, and parent care training assessments.

Patients range from children at 6 years of age to elderly. Specialty care includes ADHD, Anger Management, Anxiety, Autism, Behavioral Issues, Depression, Education and Learning Disability, Oppositional Defiance (ODD), Parenting, Pregnancy, Prenatal, Postpartum, Self-Esteem, Trauma and PTSD. Therapies provided include Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Person-Centered, Trauma Focused, Strength-Based, Mindfulness-Based, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief, Dialectical Behavior (DBT), Parent-Child Interaction, and Play Therapy,
