JB Cook, Physician’s Assistant, graduated from the Central Michigan University PA program in 1999. He preceded this with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science Degree. Mr. Cook is trained in family and emergency medicine. Also, he is a member of the Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants (MAPA) and American Academy of PAs (AAPA), is a CMU preceptor and Recovery Services Provider, and both NCCPA and NRCME certified. He enjoys hunting, fishing, gardening and coaching and playing hockey.
