Amanda Stanek, LPC

Amanda Stanek is a Licensed Professional Counselor and works as a Behavioral Health Therapist. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Central Michigan University prior to continuing on to achieve her Master of Arts in Counseling from Spring Arbor University in 2010. Areas of professional interest include development of social skills, addressing life changes such as divorce and coping with grief.

Patients range in age from 5 years old to 12 years old with specialty care provided include child therapy and school-based therapy. Therapies provided include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), coping skills, self-esteem building, anger management, stress management, interpersonal therapy, supportive therapy, and behavioral therapy.
