Alpena High Health Center
Welcome to the Alpena High Health Center!
The Alpena High Health Center is a collaboration of Alpena Public Schools and Alcona Health Center, supported through funding from Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS). This Children and Adolescent (only) Health Center program is aimed at supporting Alpena Public School students’ health with the availability of on site, medical and behavioral health services. With parental/guardian permission, our licensed behavioral health and medical professionals can provide healthcare that is conveniently located within Alpena High School. The Child and Adolescent Health Center Program is dedicated to helping children and adolescents achieve their best possible health and well-being. Services are available for children and youth ages 3 through 21, as well as infants and young children of adolescent parents. Individuals who are eligible for Special Education services may continue to receive services through age 26.

Do you need help with insurance?

Same day and next day appointments are available. New patients are welcome!
Adolescent ONLY hours are to protect age 10+ in
confidentiality and comfort within school-based clinic settings
Mon-Fri: 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
After Hours
Established patients have access to a member of our After-Hours Care Team whenever the office is closed. This includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
