Alcona Health Center’s Walk-In Clinic in Alpena offers walk-in availability* six days a week – including Saturday mornings! Prefer to schedule a same day appointment? Simply phone us at (989) 356-4049 and we will reserve a time for you.
We are open to everyone. You do not need to be an established patient to utilize this service.
We accept most insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid plans.
*Same-day appointments and provider capacity limit the number of walk-ins available each day

Walk-In/Same Day Appointment Provider
The AHC Walk-In Clinic is staffed by healthcare providers from our Alcona Health Center team on a rotating basis. The provider on staff will be trained in family medicine and could be a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Doctor of Medicine, or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.
