Our team of professionals will work with you to establish and manage your health goals and assist you in achieving your best possible health! We strive to provide quality healthcare and excellent customer service. Special appointment times for higher risk patients –
As part of our COVID-19 response plan, we have set aside special appointment times for the elderly or those with certain medical conditions that may make them higher risk for getting complications if they get COVID-19 or another virus. Please let the receptionist or scheduler know if you have: Asthma, Chronic Kidney Disease with Dialysis, Diabetes, a serious heart condition, a blood disorder or if you are immunocompromised or over 65 years old.
Stephanie Casey, LMSW
Stephanie Casey, LMSW is a Behavioral Health Therapist. After completion of a four year undergraduate degree from Lake Superior State University in Human Services, she went on to achieve her Master's Degree from Grand Valley State University in Social Work. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and a member of the National Dean's List.
David Chauvin, DO
Dr. David Chauvin is a Doctor of Osteopathy who practices family medicine. He earned his degree from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Chauvin's professional accolades and memberships include Fellow American College of Emergency Physicians, member of American Osteopathic Association and member of Michigan Primary Care Association.
Leslie Freel, FNP-BC
Leslie Freel, FNP-BC is a Family Nurse Practitioner at our Pickford location. She studied at Michigan State University, completing her Bachelor's of Nursing Science in 1995 before going on to earn her Master's in Nursing Science in 2000. She is the former President of the Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners (EUP Chapter) and is the Secretary of Les Cheneaux Community School Board of Education.
Sheldon Kranendonk, LPC CAADC
Sheldon Kranendonk, LPC is a Behavioral Health Therapist. He earned his Master's in Counseling degree from Spring Arbor University. Additionally he is a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor and an endorsed Play Therapist. Mr. Kranendonk's other professional interest includes Infant Mental Health. He is a member of the Association for Play Therapy.
Katy Lehigh, FNP-C
Katy Lehigh, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner at our Pickford location. She studied at Concordia University Wisconsin, earning a Master's of Science in Nursing and is the current President for the Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners (EUP Chapter).
