Our team of professionals will work with you to establish and manage your health goals and assist you in achieving your best possible health! Special appointment times for higher risk patients –
As part of our COVID-19 response plan, we have set aside special appointment times for the elderly or those with certain medical conditions that may make them higher risk for getting complications if they get COVID-19 or another virus. Please let the receptionist or scheduler know if you have: Asthma, Chronic Kidney Disease with Dialysis, Diabetes, a serious heart condition, a blood disorder or if you are immunocompromised or over 65 years old.

Jean Bridgman, RDH
Shaun Clarke, PA-C
Shaun Clarke, PA-C is a Physician Assistant practicing family medicine. He earned his Master's of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1998. In addition to family medicine, his professional special interests include Urgent Care and Urology. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Jacqueline Fitzgerald, DO
Dr. Jacqueline Fitzgerald practices family medicine at both our Lincoln and Ossineke locations. Dr. Fitzgerald is 1985 graduate of Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She also holds a Master's of Science in Human Nutrition from Michigan State University and Bachelor of Arts in German from the University of Michigan. Her special professional interests include Osteopathic Manual Therapy (OMT), and fertility awareness/family planning. Dr. Fitzgerald has experience in child sexual abuse evaluation and is an Adverse Childhood Experience Master Trainer. Dr. Fitzgerald is a current member of the following professional organizations - American Osteopathic Association (& MI chapter), American Academy of Family Physicians, Catholic Medical Association, and the American Professional Association on the Abuse of Children.
Ashley Kaatz, DO
Dr. Ashley Kaatz obtained her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She has a special interest in Integrative Medicine.
Stephanie Mancine, LPC CAADC
Stephanie Mancine, LPC is Behavioral Health Therapist. She earned a Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University before going on to obtain a Master's Degree in Counseling from Central Michigan University. She is Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Her professional interests include working with those who have concerns related to substance abuse and trauma.

Marcie Storey, LMSW
Marcie Storey, LMSW is a Behavioral Health Therapist. She earned an Assiocate of Arts in Early Childhood and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness before going on to achieve her Master's in Clinical Social Work from Walden University. She specializes in children and adolescent therapy.
Denise Thompson, RDN
Denise Thompson, RDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She studied at Michigan State University and the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. Denise holds a Bachelor's of Science in Dietetics and is a Certified Mind-Body Eating Coach. She specializes in medical nutrition therapy including, but not limited to: chronic kidney disease, diabetes and hypoglycemia, digestive disorders including IBS and gluten intolerance, eating challenges including emotional eating and disordered eating, heart disease including hypertension, disorders of lipid metabolism, congestive heart failure and coronary artery disease, and weight management.
