Special appointment times for higher risk patients –
As part of our COVID-19 response plan, we have set aside special appointment times for the elderly or those with certain medical conditions that may make them higher risk for getting complications if they get COVID-19 or another virus. Please let the receptionist or scheduler know if you have: Asthma, Chronic Kidney Disease with Dialysis, Diabetes, a serious heart condition, a blood disorder or if you are immunocompromised or over 65 years old.
Luke Gray, PAC
Luke Gray, PA-C is a Physician Assistant who is welcoming new patients at our Harbor Springs location. Mr. Gray earned his Master's of Science from Central Michigan University. He practices family medicine but also has a special interest in Dermatology. His professional memberships include the Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Boyd Manges, MD
Dr. Boyd Manges practices family medicine at the Community Health Center of Northern MI in Harbor Springs. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology before going on to receive his medical degree from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine in 1986. Before joining the Alcona Health Center team of healthcare providers, Dr. Manges spent 22 years working with the Indian Health Service (originally in New Mexico and then in Michigan). He is a former member of the Commissioned Corps of the United States Public Health Service, retiring with the rank of Captain.
Alisha Peck, LMSW, CAADC
Alisha Peck, LMSW is a Behavioral Health Therapist at our Harbor Springs location. She earned a Bachelor of Psychology before going on the earn a Masters in Social Work from Grand Valley State University in 2011. In addition to being accredited as a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Alisha Peck is also trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
Darcie Sharapova, MD
Dr. Darcie Sharapova practices family medicine. She is particularly interested in partnering with patients to help them achieve better health through lifestyle management. Dr. Sharapova received her medical degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
Shannon “Gabe” Snider, PA-C
Shannon " Gabe" Snider, PA-C is a Physician Assistant who practices family medicine. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Kinesiology from Philadelphia University in 1999 before going on to achieve a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from University of Colorado, Boulder in 2009. Prior to practicing family medicine, Gabe Snider, PA-C practiced emergency medicine. She spent eight years working in ERs and eight years prior to this working as a paramedic.

Dr. Adrienne Westphal specializes in Psychiatry. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Central Michigan University prior to advancing to Michigan State University where she earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Westphal completed both a General Psychiatry Residency (Michigan State University) and a Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship (Michigan State University). She is currently a member of the American Psychiatric Association, and the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
