Primary Care Physician – MD or DO
Alcona Health Center is currently recruiting for physician to join our Patient Centered Medical Home approach to quality care at our Oscoda, MI facility. We are seeking a MD or DO with a minimum of two years of experience to practice full service primary care with a solid team of clinicians. This is a Monday – Friday outpatient setting, with an “after hours” phone only call rotation. Scheduling of a 4 or 5 day work week is flexible and negotiable.
Requirements
Successful candidate will be a MD or DO with two years of experience and have a background in chronic disease management preferred, however all interested are encouraged to apply. Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine. Meet requirements for licensure in the state of Michigan.
